Begin with "Why does ___ (fill in a name) drive me crazy?" Date your entry
& write away to discover more about your Self. 3.
Pick a song. Use some of its lyrics to
start a new journal entry. Or choose a song you love and write your own lyrics! 4.
First, date your entry. Then write:
'Oh, I Could Never...' and be aware of what's going on in your body as you
write. What is your body trying to tell you? 5. Wander all
around a bookstore or library. Pick out and open any book. Wherever your eyes
